Agree the work directly with a provider
A deck assessment may be needed to understand the structure beneath visible damage. Ask what is included, how concealed damage is handled and who is responsible for applicable permits or inspections. Agree any inspection charge in advance. Check the provider’s identity, applicable credentials, insurance and written terms before hiring.
The website is not the repair service
Skala Sites does not inspect decks, specify structural repairs, certify safety, set contractor prices or provide a workmanship warranty. The service agreement, payment and warranty are between you and the provider.
Your information and your choices
