Purpose of the website

Skala Sites operates Abilene Deck Restore as an information and service-request platform. It is not a local deck contractor and does not inspect, repair, restore, stain or rebuild your deck.

Your request

Submission is free and does not book or authorize work. Provide accurate information for a project you are authorized to request. By submitting, you authorize us to handle the request and share it with available providers as described in the Privacy Policy. You have no obligation to hire.

Providers and service agreements

A provider, response, appointment, quote, price or result is not guaranteed. Providers are responsible for their own work and terms. Verify identity, applicable credentials and insurance, and agree scope, exclusions, charges and warranty terms directly. Agree any inspection fee before accepting an appointment.

Educational information

Content explains general considerations and is not an inspection, engineering assessment or site-specific structural recommendation. We do not certify deck safety or code compliance. Avoid using a deck or component you suspect is unsafe while arranging an assessment. This website is not an emergency-response service.

Responsible use and availability

Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent requests, send malicious content or interfere with the platform. We may decline abusive requests. The website and request system may be interrupted or unavailable. We do not guarantee contractor workmanship or assume obligations under your provider agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
