Operator and contact

Abilene Deck Restore is an independent service-request platform operated by Skala Sites, not the contractor performing work. Contact hello@skalasites.com about your request or privacy.

Information collected

The form collects your name, phone, ZIP, project/problem category, timing, optional email and optional details. It also records a request identifier, time and policy acknowledgement. Do not provide access codes, financial information, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal details.

How a request is used

We review and administer requests, may contact you about them, and may share them with available service providers for the requested project. A provider receiving your request may contact you. This is not permission for unrelated marketing. Provider availability and a response are not guaranteed.

Storage and processing

Cloudflare Workers hosts the website. Google Apps Script stores requests in a private Google Sheet and sends the operator an email notification. Authorized people handling requests can access the records. Google and Cloudflare may process information outside your location under their own service terms.

Analytics and browser storage

When configured and you allow analytics, GA4 measures page views, quote-button clicks, form starts, confirmed submissions and qualified requests. Your name, phone, email, ZIP, free text and request identifier are not sent to GA4. Google uses browser identifiers to measure visits. Change your preference in the footer when analytics is configured; the form works without analytics.

Your analytics preference is stored in the browser. An anonymous attempt identifier may be kept for the current tab to avoid duplicate submissions. Form field values are not stored in browser storage. Cloudflare processes connection information for security and rate limiting.

Retention and your requests

Request records are retained for 12 months from submission unless an earlier deletion request is fulfilled or a specific legal obligation requires longer retention. Providers may follow their own retention practices. Notification emails contain a reference and private Sheet link rather than submitted contact details. Contact us for access, correction or deletion; we may need to verify that the record is yours.

Changes to the platform’s information handling will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
